She ventures out for a walk near Galston and, in her piece called Forest Bathing At Burnhouse Brae Wood, she takes the reader along on with her on her chilly winter walk, going nearly as far as Cessnock Castle.
In Royal Deeside Awaits, Sheila A Grant’s Hi Ho Sylvie column has many highlights, the best for me, tales of Cocker Spaniels, a Cheese Factory, but outstanding is the account of a bit of gliding!
