Highlight Talks
Friends of Robert Burns Birthplace Museum continue the regular, free, Highlight Talks.
The next one will be held on Wednesday 28th June 2023, in the Robertson Room.
The speaker will be John Burnett, retired Principal Curator of Modern Scotland, National Museums of Scotland. He is also author of several books on Scottish history and folklore, including Robert Burns And The Hellish Legions.
On this occasion, he will present a talk entitled Halloween: a Great Poem Rediscovered, examining the worth and significance of this work by Robert Burns.
The talks start at 2.30pm and finish at 3.30pm.
